Scaling ads for a premium DTC baby-product brand
A premium direct-to-consumer brand in the baby-carrier category needed paid acquisition to grow without the return collapsing. At engagement in 2023 the store was doing roughly $7,000 a month. In the April 2024 to April 2025 window, sales were $4.1 million at a 7.6× blended ROAS.
The problem
The store could buy traffic. The question was whether campaign structure, creative, and the landing experience could hold efficiency while the budget got larger. Vanity traffic was the failure mode.
What Carazo did
Built the growth system across Meta and Amazon: campaign architecture, creative testing, audience development, retargeting, and spend paced to revenue. Offer sequencing and landing conversion were tightened, and budget moved toward the higher-intent groups as monthly revenue stepped up.
What the dashboards showed
- $4.1 million in sales, 26,809 units, $153.80 average order value.
- Monthly revenue moved from about $7,000 at the start of the engagement to more than $700,000. Inside the charted year, April to December 2024 was about 16×, then revenue crossed $700,000 in March 2025 and held.
- Ad spend across that charted year scaled about 8×. ROAS finished the window at 9.05×. Blended ROAS for the sales total was 7.6×.
- Total advertising cost of sale was 5.03%, and stayed under 6% at peak scale.
Efficiency improved as spend scaled. That is what the monthly series showed. It is not a promise that the next brand in the category will see the same multiple. The product, the margin, and the starting point were this brand’s.
