Marketplace ecommerce for a home-brewing brand
A direct-to-consumer brand selling craft-beer, kombucha, mead, and wine-making kits on four marketplaces needed ecommerce, ads, and creative run as one system. Over the trailing twelve months ending June 30, 2026, ordered sales were $2.3 million. Lifetime, the ad account shows $6.2 million in attributed sales at a 4.31× blended ROAS.
The problem
The catalog sold in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Project-based help was the wrong shape. Listings, ads, and creative had to stay on the same offer, including through a holiday spike that had to be stocked before it arrived.
What Carazo did
The engagement is an ongoing partnership: marketplace strategy, management of a 208-campaign ad portfolio, and creative for graphics, listings, and campaign assets. Category coverage runs from kombucha kits to mead, fruit wine, beer, and seltzer. Campaign names in the source material are generalized.
What the dashboards showed
- Trailing twelve months, July 2025 through June 2026: $2.3 million ordered sales, 96,338 units, 15.8% conversion rate.
- Monthly ordered sales held a roughly $130,000 to $200,000 baseline, with a $493,000 December, then a baseline higher than where the year started.
- Lifetime ad account: $6.2 million attributed sales, 169,413 ad-attributed purchases, 4.31× blended ROAS on $1.46 million spend, $1.11 average cost per click.
- The strongest lifetime campaigns in the portfolio sat above 10× ROAS, against that 4.31× blended figure.
These numbers are what the dashboards reported for those windows. They followed the work. They are not a controlled test that isolates Carazo from the product, the price, or the season.
What this is not
The ranking record is a separate engagement, an outdoor wood-care content site. This page does not name the brand. The same limit applies to the DTC baby-product and outdoor furniture pages.
