By accessing or using the Carazo Creative client portal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including clients, their authorized representatives, and any other individuals who access the Platform.

Description of Services

Carazo Creative provides digital marketing services and a client portal that includes:

Content calendar management and social media scheduling
Analytics dashboards connecting to Google Analytics, Meta, and YouTube
SEO and AI visibility reporting
Task management and project collaboration tools
Performance reports and Cora Impact tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Access & Security

Access to the Platform is provided exclusively to authorized clients and their designated team members. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Ensuring that only authorized personnel access your account

      You may not share your login credentials with anyone outside your authorized team. Carazo Creative is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
    

Client Data & Content

You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide through the Platform. By using our services, you grant Carazo Creative a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the services described herein.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the right to share all data and content you provide
Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
You have authorized any third-party platform connections (Google, Meta, YouTube) on your behalf

Third-Party Platform Connections

Our Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Analytics. When you connect these services:

You authorize Carazo Creative to access your data on those platforms
You are responsible for compliance with those platforms' terms of service
We access only the minimum data necessary to provide our services
You may revoke access to any connected service at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Use the Platform for any purpose other than your authorized business use

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Carazo Creative. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Platform without our express written consent.

Reports and dashboards generated by the Platform using your data are for your use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Limitation of Liability

Carazo Creative provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

      Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Carazo Creative in the three months preceding the claim.
    

Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Platform with 30 days written notice. Carazo Creative may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data before account closure.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
